Growing up in South Africa, Rooibos tea was part of my everyday life. My family and I enjoyed it as iced tea to beat the summer heat, a soothing evening drink before bed, and as a naturally caffeine-free alternative to sugary beverages. It even became a go-to choice during my pregnancy and nursing years for its gentle, healthful benefits.
Now, as a mother myself, I’m proud to share this heritage with my own two boys by creating My Red Tea: an organic, sustainable, and ethically sourced Rooibos brand. Every sip is a celebration of South African tradition, a respect for our planet, and a commitment to supporting the farmers who make it all possible.
